Mark has been working as a certified personal trainer for over 10 years helping individuals achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals using his wide range of experience. Mark specializes in the areas of general fitness training, group fitness/boot camp and medical post rehab training. Clientele includes a variety of people ranging in age and all levels of fitness. Mark believes that achieving the level of fitness you desire takes hard work, finding the right balance between nutrition and exercise can be challenging without proper instruction and guidance. Mark will customize a detailed physical and nutritional program tailored to meet your goals and needs.
