Mark specializes in the areas of general fitness training, group fitness/boot camp and medical post-rehab training. He trains a variety of clients ranging in age and of different levels of fitness. His educational background enables him to provide his clients with the tools necessary to sustain their long-term health goals. Mark believes that achieving the level of fitness you desire takes hard work and finding the right balance between nutrition and exercise. This can be challenging without proper instruction and guidance which is why Mark is there to help you from beginning to end. For each client, Mark customizes a fitness and nutritional program to ensure that you can meet and maintain your fitness goals. He is known by his clients for encouraging them past their own limitations and helping them surpass their expectations.
